About EMCE Engineering

EMCE Engineering was founded in January 1993, in San Jose, California, offering EMI/EMC and Product Safety Compliance Services.

In January, 2002, UCL obtained EMCE Engineering, located in Fremont, CA. This acquisition has expanded our testing capabilities and range of testing equipment available.

EMCE Engineering is accredited by NVLAP (Lab Code 200092-0) and is recognized on the FCC's list of test facilities offering DoC (Declaration of Conformity) testing for Class B equipment. This eliminates the need to file the equipment authorization application with the FCC, saving both time and money for our clients.

EMCE's emphasis is on providing world class product testing, as well as real world engineering solutions for non-compliant devices.
